VAI’s SMS garments are built using high quality spunbond-meltblown-spunbond (SMS) nonwoven polypropylene fabric @ 60g/m2 basis weight. This fabric type has high strength and outstanding moisture vapor transmission, which translates to overall increased operator comfort. Raw materials are quality assurance tested and lot controlled. VAI’s microporous garments are sized to ANSI standards for disposable coveralls. Select the SMS garment line when comfort and breathability is the highest priority and minimal to moderate splash protection is required. The SMS garment material has excellent bacterial filtration efficiency.
